Getting Started

STEP ONE: Sign up

Sign up for our 2 week On-Ramp course, There will be an On-Ramp at the beginning of every month. The course will consist of six 1-hour sessions, where you will be introduced to the basic movements and fundamentals of CrossFit followed by a WOD (Workout Of the Day).

On-ramp Classes are from 17:15 - 18:15 Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

STEP THREE: What to bring

This course has been designed to meet the fitness levels of any individual who possesses the desire to be better. All we ask you to bring is a sweat towel and water bottle. Wear athletic clothing and shoes and remember your positive attitude and open-mind.
